Serendipity

He came to me

When I was looking for another.

Out of the blue

The snake of serendipity

Slithered up

And intervened

with

the right kind of dosage

of an antidote

to rid me of that Scorpion sting

finally.

Exactly

what I needed

before I knew it

Or he knew

But something knew

Injecting me with his serenity

Out of the blue

Slowly my fever diluted

That, which just earlier

Tormented tsunami like

by another’s bite

This new serenity

embalmed.

Protected in it, I felt calm

How did he know

out of the blue

to intervene exactly then and there

I never noticed him before

And now I cannot get him out of my head.
